When these needs are overlooked, attendees may feel overwhelmed, excluded, or unable to fully participate.

Events that don’t feel accessible are less likely to be attended, rebooked, or recommended. Event organisers are now actively seeking venues that can demonstrate confident, practical neuroinclusive practice — not just statements of intent.
