    Andy Williamson

    Andy is the founder of Welcome Brain and has been working with neurodivergent individuals for over a decade. His background is in Education and Mental Health support, through his founding of Hampton Tutors - an academic coaching company that specialises in executive function skill-building and Sequoia Teen Counseling Center - a counseling practice for teens and young adults. The rationale behind Welcome Brain is the same as that of Andy’s other businesses - that support for neurodivergent individuals within organisations improves outcomes for individuals, leaders, and the organisation as a whole.

    Lauren Jones

    Lauren has a Master’s in Psychology and has been supporting and advocating for individuals with disabilities and mental health difficulties in various roles since 2016. This includes several years within universities’ disability services, where she gave practical and emotional support for neurodiverse students, and also created and carried out workshops for staff around autism, ADHD, and specific learning differences. She is passionate about equity and advocating for people with differences to be able to access resources and opportunities to thrive.

    Eeva Holtta

    Eeva has a bachelor's in Psychology and a master's in Health Psychology. She has experience supporting adults with ASD, ADHD, learning disabilities and a variety of mental health difficulties.

    Eeva is passionate about changing the world to become more neurodiversity-friendly and has unique insight on autism in women and bilingual minorities. Eeva grew up in Finland and moved to Scotland 8 years ago.

    Kirsti Willis

    Kirsti is an autistic HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist, who has been working with neurodivergent people for decades in different capacities, most recently as an Art Psychotherapist and Mental Wellbeing Coach. Before that she was Senior Advisor at Scottish Autism, focusing on mental wellbeing. Her academic background includes a BBA in International Business, a BSc in Psychology (Hons), an MSc in Counselling Studies and an MSc in Art Psychotherapy.

    Tasha Roger

    Tasha is an experienced HR consultant with many years of experience helping businesses create inclusive workplace environments. She has carved out a niche as a dedicated consultant supporting Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) firms through the implementation of FCA regulations and compliance measures.

    Informed by her unique perspective with AuDHD, Tasha champions neurodiversity, emphasising the importance of an inclusive culture that values the strengths of all individuals. She collaborates with industry leaders to navigate HR challenges, dedicated to transforming workplaces into environments where diversity is celebrated.

    Claire Renfrew

    Dr. Claire Renfrew is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Claire has worked with neurodivergent individuals in many situations throughout her multiple roles in academia and within her career in the events industry

    Having worked in live events for over 15 years, she has experience working with a variety of companies: Abbey Road Studios, BAFTA, Warner Music, BBC and The Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival. Claire values the importance of individual differences in professional settings and believes in creating safe and inclusive working environments.
